Jayson Tatum led the way for the Celtics with 34 points, 11 rebounds, and 6 assists. Jaylen Brown added 22 points, while Al Horford chipped in with 18 points and 10 rebounds.
The Celtics shot 51.7% from the field and 42.9% from three-point range. They also outrebounded the Cavaliers 43-32. The Cavaliers were led by Donovan Mitchell, who scored 27 points. Darius Garland added 22 points, while Jarrett Allen had 18 points and 14 rebounds.
The Celtics are now 7-1 in the playoffs this season. They will host Game 4 on Thursday night before the series shifts to Cleveland for Game 5 on Saturday night.
