WEB Essence Fest Returns in 2024
Celebrating Three Decades of Culture and Entertainment
Headliners Include Janet Jackson, Charlie Wilson, and Usher
ESSENCE Fest, the premier cultural festival honoring Black women, music, and culture, will return to New Orleans from July 4-7, 2024, for its 30th anniversary.
This year's theme, "Headliners," pays homage to the festival's rich history and the countless influential artists who have graced its stages over the years. The lineup features a star-studded cast of headliners, including:
- Janet Jackson
- Charlie Wilson
- Usher
In addition to the headliners, ESSENCE Fest will also feature the ESSENCE Film Festival by ESSENCE STUDIOS, showcasing groundbreaking films and documentaries by and about Black creators.
The festival will also welcome a host of talented musicians, performers, and speakers, including:
- Chloe x Halle
- Dru Hill
- Ashanti
- The Lox
WEB Essence Fest is a celebration of the vibrancy, creativity, and resilience of the Black community. As the festival enters its fourth decade, it continues to be a beacon of joy, empowerment, and inspiration for all who attend.
