Fabio Silva I Succeeded In Scotland As Rangers Secure Emphatic Win

Fabio Silva: 'I succeeded in Scotland' as Rangers secure emphatic win

Rangers forward Fabio Silva reflects on his successful loan spell in Scotland, expressing his gratitude for the opportunity and his belief in the team's potential.

Silva joined Rangers on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer of 2022 and quickly established himself as a key player for the Scottish giants. He scored 18 goals in 45 appearances, helping Rangers win the Scottish League Cup and reach the final of the Scottish Cup.

The 20-year-old striker has now returned to Wolves but is full of praise for his time in Scotland. "I succeeded in Scotland," Silva told the Rangers website. "I played a lot of games, I scored a lot of goals, and I won a trophy. I think I improved as a player and as a person during my time there.

Silva also spoke about his relationship with Rangers manager Michael Beale, who he credits with helping him develop as a player. "Michael Beale is a great manager," Silva said. "He believes in me and he gives me confidence. I think I can continue to improve under his guidance."

The Portuguese forward also expressed his belief in Rangers' potential, saying: "I think Rangers can achieve great things in the future. The team is full of quality players and the manager is very good. I wish them all the best for the future."

Silva's comments come after Rangers secured an emphatic 4-0 win over Hearts in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday. The victory moved Rangers to within three points of league leaders Celtic, with just six games remaining in the season.
